- hansgrohe shower systems featuring EcoSmart water-saving technology, from the Crometta S and Vernis Blend collections. Quantity: 64 units.
- Vispool cast stone bathtubs. Quantity: 5 units.
- Ideal Standard fold-up support rails from the Contour 21 collection. Quantity: 6 units.
- Keuco Angle Bar 90° bathroom safety grab bars from the Elegance collection.

- Equipe Cerámicas wall tiles from the Monacor Mint, Mercury Grey and Rivoli Beige collections. Total area: 955 m².
