As part of the project, finishing materials were supplied by Reaton:
- 3-layer varnished oak parquet from BOEN, collections Oak Andante Plank, Oak Brazilian Brown plank (3,500 m²),
- floor and wall tiles from Ceramiche Refin, collection Prestigio, and floor tiles from Energie Ker, collection Sahara Noir (a total of 2,300 m²),
- sanitary ware from Villeroy & Boch and Gustavsberg Latvia and hansgrohe,
- ventilated facades: brick tiles from Caparol and stoneware tiles from Coverlam by Grespania.
