The author of the Mežaparka Residences concept is Andris Kronbergs, who has been able to excellently combine the existing buildings of Mežaparks with modern design and comfort. Every building project here has been created by awarded Latvian architects. Within the concept, exclusive projects of villas, semi-detached villas, terraced houses and low-rise buildings with premium class apartments have been developed. It is also possible to buy building land for the construction of individual villas. Special attention has been devoted to the improvement and landscaping of the park territory.
The villa concepts have been developed by well-known and awarded architects in Latvia such as Andris Kronbergs, Reinis Liepiņš, Gatis Didrihsons, Diāna Zalāne, Inga Pinķe, Atis Caune, as well as the renowned US architect Vladimirs Arsene.
