Ezerparka Nami is one of the largest residential complexes of recent times, built in the vicinity of Mežaparks and Čiekurkalns.

Only high-quality materials are used in the interior finishing, and also high-quality, tested and safe materials with a long service life have been used in the construction of the building.  In the process of designing and constructing the new buildings, special attention has been devoted to energy efficiency, modern technologies and the implementation of an economic lifestyle. Everyone has the opportunity to choose the most suitable apartment from one-room, two-room and three-room apartments, the area of which is from 31 to 70 m². Each apartment has a balcony or a French balcony or a terrace.
