Competition Terms and Conditions
“Design with New Trendy – Win a Trip to Salone del Mobile 2026!”

• General Provisions

1. The organizer of the competition “Design with New Trendy – Win a Trip to Salone del Mobile 2026!” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is New Trendy Sp. z o.o., based in Radom, NIP: 796 275 41 60, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. The Competition is conducted in the following countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
3. The Competition is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Polish Gambling Act of November 19, 2009.
4. The Competition Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically upon request.

Duration of the Competition

1. The Competition runs from August 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
2. The deadline for submissions is February 28, 2026, at 23:59.
3. The Competition results will be announced on March 5, 2026.

Conditions of Participation

1. A Participant in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) may be a natural person of legal age with full legal capacity, or a legal entity engaged in design-related activities (e.g., an architectural studio).
2. To participate, Participants must submit an interior design project realized with the use of New Trendy products to the email address: eksport@newtrendy.pl
3. Each Participant may submit more than one project, provided that each submission is sent separately and meets all requirements.
4. Participation in the Competition is free of charge and voluntary.
5. Participation in the Competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Submission Guidelines
Each submission must include:

1. Visual materials (minimum 3, maximum 5 files):
   • Graphic files: JPG or PNG, minimum resolution 1920×1080 px, 72 dpi, max. 5 MB per file.
   • Video files (optional): MP4, minimum resolution 1024×576 px, minimum bitrate 1500 kbps, maximum length 2 minutes.
2. Project description, including:
   • Location and area (in sqm),
   • List of New Trendy products used,
   • Project status: design / under construction / completed,
   • Name of the New Trendy sales partner from whom the products were or will be purchased.
3. Designer’s contact details: full name, email address, phone number.

Award Rules

1. Six projects will be awarded, and their authors will receive a trip to Salone del Mobile 2026 in Milan.
2. The prize includes:
   • Round-trip airfare,
   • Hotel accommodation (3 nights),
   • Full board,
   • Entry tickets to the fair.
3. Projects will be evaluated by an internal committee appointed by the Organizer.
4. The evaluation criteria are creativity, aesthetics, functionality, and the use of New Trendy products.
5. The committee’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
6. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other equivalent.

Announcement of Results and Prize Delivery

1. Winners will be informed via email by March 5, 2026.
2. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant.
3. Details regarding the trip will be arranged individually.

Copyright and Use of Submissions

1. The Participant declares that the Participant holds full copyright to the submitted project and the materials provided.
2. The Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license to use the submitted materials for promotional purposes, including social media, PR materials, and the Organizer’s website.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the Participant’s name and company name in materials promoting the Competition.

Personal Data (GDPR)

1. The administrator of Participants’ personal data is New Trendy Sp. z o.o.
2. Data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Competition, contacting Participants, and delivering prizes.
3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Competition.
4. Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to the processing of their data.
5. Detailed information on data processing is available in the privacy policy on the Organizer’s website.

Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the Competition, provided that this does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by Participants.
3. Any disputes related to the Competition will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
